Filler reducer?

Does anyone know what Oil Based filler reducer is? Can I use mineral spirits? I hate to wait a few days and make a special trip just for reducer.

I use mineral spirits in warm weather, as it gives a longer working time. In cold weather or for small jobs, I use naphtha .
I have only used Behlen and Constantine’s paste grain filler. Neither required a specific thinner.
