Now that's COOL Andy. I'm impressed with the birth of the ways on the lathe.

Tod - As Jeff Farris would say, "No problem, Norm."

And the doctor says, "Take two scoops of Vanilla Fudge Ripple and call someone else in the morning."

Winter is definitely back here in the midwest. We got snow and freezing rain today, and will be down to 3 above tonight.

I posted that link on my Russian adoption forum and the (largely) gals are swooning over it. Thanks for the pointer! Of course, they really don't understand the real feature of the picture...the lathe...but what can I say? :)

I just sat down to a bowl of the new Haagen-Dazs Black Rasberry Chip. Wow.

It's going to be 15 in the morn. Then 8 Saturday. Yippee, more shop time.

...the wind chills will be -28 to -41 today and tomorrow. That'll make for lots of shop time...must be certain the propane gets delivered today!

I had the automatic control in my car set at 73 degrees, and yesterday the airconditioner came on. We haven't had snow down here since 1980 and that 2 incher almost brought us to a standstill.

I can understand the ice, I put that in my tea glass. But what is all of that white stuff on the ground? Sand? Dandruff?:D :p
