This is my first post, and I've got a small dilemma on my hands. I've got less than a week left on the 30 day policy with my Festool, and I can't decide whether to exchange for the big Rotex (since it's about the same price now).
Originally I picked up the little Rotex because it was smaller and lighter and I wanted to work on refinishing the front door while on the hinge. But being smaller means that my hands are closer to the motor, which means closer to the heat and vibration. I'm wondering if the bigger one, while heavier, might actually be more comfortable to use.
Now that the price is the same, if I'm planning on just one sander would I be better off sticking with the 125 or swapping for the 150?
Anyone familiar with both the 125 and 150 that could provide some guidance?
