LOML and I went to the woodworking show on Friday, just to stroll around. I actually went to pick up some aluminum t-track. Stopped by the Peachtree booth and they had these sitting there for $199. I didn't even say a word, and LOML says "that's a decent price, you better get it." Well, what's a guy supposed to do???
So....This followed me home:

Well then I hope you went back the next day and bought some DC accessories to hook it up with. ;)

Hey Buddy!!! You saw me all three days!! Of course I had to go back. Needed some hose and fittings, and there were several router bits calling me! :D

BTW, I got the DC hooked up to the router extension in my TS. I made a piece that sticks out the back and mounted that 9" chute under it. Now, all the dust from the router bit gets sucked right down the chute. I'm thinking now that I may just cut a hole in the router table and mount it directly under the table.

I am not exactly sure what you have in mind here but I would be careful about cutting holes in the part of the top that supports stock. My router table has a hole in the top behind the fence that collects the above-table chips, so if something along those lines is what you mean, go for it; works great.

Hmmm, maybe its time to post the RT...

Here are a couple of pictures on how I have it set up now. As you can see from the bottom photo, I have the 4X9 flange in the back, directly behind the bit. It gets EVERYTHING that comes out of a cut, and the 2 1/2" hose to the fence gets everything at the bit. I ran a test dado yesterday and nothing gets past the bit.
