Well, with the LOML down in Australia, and the Monster Cat didn't even want to get up this morning, I headed to the shop...

Nothing better than a nice brisk 25mph wind at 28 degrees to get your eyes open. And they say South Carolina is warm... :eek:

Picked up a Turquoise Box Elder blank as I was puttering around WoodCrafter's during a break from the turning class yesterday.

I had the "Oxford" kit sitting on the bench, so I gave pen #2 a shot...

Here are the results.

Bowls??? Did someone say bowls next??? Guess that means more toys, I mean tools... :D

By the way 25 mph winds that is just a breeze. Wait till the get up around 50 mph and 24 degrees.
