I have an order for a lot of signs that I have to cut out of Alpolic. It's similar to Dibond, very thin aluminum both sides with a solid plastic core, total 3mm thickness. Some of them have rounded tops so I'll be using both the table saw and the sabre saw. Can someone recommend the appropriate blade? I've been plywood blades but have to get new ones anyway so thought maybe someone has a better suggestion for nice
clean cuts.

Joe,

Does the manufacturer of the material you are using have any suggestions? Other than that, I don't know! :)

They say carbide tip blade made for aluminum and plastic, however from what
I've seen the blades are sold as for plastic or for metal, not both.

Joe,

The Freud non-ferrous blades work well in plastic. For the material you are cutting I would suggest the LU90M010. (10" X 100T, Triple Chip Grind)
