As promised..

1st picture is the back of the saw. I closed in around the motor and belts as best as possible. I will change this out for magnetic sign material I think. The pieces need to be removed to bevel the blade and its a little pain right now.
2nd is the 5" dust collection hook up. Pretty obvious what I did there.
3rd is the left side of the saw. I added the angle piece to drop down the inside size and cause any dust to slide down. It also shows the plywood piece that rests on the supports and holds the angled side pieces.
4th is a look down the throat plate. You can't really see but the angled sides are hooked just under the "lip" the legs make. Pretty obvious once you look inside.
The last is the dust collector main body just because.

I sealed all the seams with silicone and am in the process of packing all the holes on the bottom of the table with foam. I haven't had any problems with dust pick up. All I get is from the blade coming back through the kerf or if I am slicing off less that a blade width.

Hope this helps

Joe

Great job Joe. I may have to borrow this plan from you since I have the Ridgid as well.

That 5" port ought to offer a bit more boost. Nice job!
