I had never heard of this wood working preserved from a Russian bog. I linked it another thread but decided it was worth posting for others to see.

Wow that is very old. I see lots of news stories that keep moving the timeline for "civilized" humans back further. Peat is such a good preserver. I like the story of the Holmegaard Bow.
