I thought I would share this because I personally enjoy character of a shop more than I enjoy a pristine NASA looking shop (which is ironic that I bring up NASA if you watch the video). And this guy is definitely in that direction. I wanted to post this in "Workshops" because.. well.. it IS a workshop that produces things.

Just a fun video of an artist's team workshop.

Enjoy

I thoroughly enjoyed watching the video. Very creative and it show that someone is HIGHLY regimented and detail oriented. In some ways it reminds me of a communist propaganda film, erasing individual though for group think. But I think that was on purpose and a bit tongue in cheek.

I think so too. It's fun seeing a 3D artist version of a shop / studio vs the std YouTube super clean everything is perfect.

He is definitely regimented... turns out he taught Casey Neistat (sp?).. a videographer that got famous a few years back. Never watched his stuff but I did watch a walk thru of his shop after this video. You can definitely see the overlap.

The knolling idea is really good. I sort of do that personally but never had a name or a specific goal like the video shows. I should give it a try to be more knoll like.
