I bought my Powermatic 64A over 20 years ago and it initially took quite a long time to get the blade parallel to the miter slot. Once I figured out to not tilt the blade and a lot of trial and error and a set of PALS i got it right and it stayed in perfect alignment. Last summer we moved from Wisconsin to Texas and my TS took the 1,000 mile ride in a POD. Since tiring to set it up in my new shop I can get it aligned fine when the blade is at it's highest position but if I lower the blade it moves out by between 10 and 30 thousandths. If you're standing in from of the saw it almost always moves the back of the blade. I'm thinking maybe I have to stabilize the motor to get it to hold in place. Any suggestions would be helpful. I have looked through many forums and other areas of the internet and haven't found anything. A couple of calls to Powermatic didn't help.
