Made me look. I had just read some caster reviews earlier this week, but went back to look at a few bandsaws on my short list--i see both reviews and Q & A's on the Grizzly website. Could it be that the item you were looking didn't have any reviews?

I’m not seeing any, anywhere. I even went to the jointer I purchased a month ago and no reviews, although I read reviews before buying. Maybe a setting somewhere.

Are you using an ad blocker in your browser? You could also try clearing your browser cookies for the grizzly site

Grizzly fixed it.
