SAMSUNG Galaxy SmartTag2

Not everyone uses Apple devices, so I don't need information on Apple stuff. :D

What I do need to know has anyone here at SMC used the SAMSUNG Galaxy SmartTag2. I am planning some travel and would like to know if these tags will actually track our luggage and other belongings on travel within the US and in Europe. I would like to hear from actual owners of these trackers. If I purchase them, they will be paired with a Samsung Galaxy A14.

I can't comment on the specific device, but I will tell you that these tracking devices are a really handy thing to have for the purpose you mention. There have been countless news presentations where folks have recovered "lost" luggage, etc., because of tracking devices when an airline or other entity has been less than helpful. As I noted in the smartwatch thread, we're using that even at home to help with certain things getting misplaced when memory/eyesight issues and random placement converge. I hope someone is able to fill you in on the devices you ask about!

I've seen good reviews, but as of yet, I haven't bit the bullet and purchased one.

I'm thinking I will buy one & try it out as a luggage tracker on my next trip (March), so I am also interested if any of our fellow Creekers has any first-hand info.
