Jet Xacta 708674PK issue

Good morning, I'm in the process of assembling a new Jet cabinet saw and I've come across an odd issue. The arbor diameter is too large and none of my 5/8" blades fit. I'm measuring the arbor at 0.630" with calibers and my blades are almost exactly 0.625". Has anyone ever run across this issue?

I'm thinking my options are:
1) ream every blade with a 16mm drill bit
2) turn down the arbor. (this one would hurt on such an expensive tool)
3) warranty claim where jet replaces the arbor

I've reached out to Jet and sent some pictures in. Waiting on what their response

My last two cabinet saws fit really well. So well that it took some finesse to get a couple of the blades on. Never oversized. I would consider this a flaw and ask for a warranty correction. that arbor never should have made it past QC.
