I have this machine, but have found the infeed roller will not adjust down very much; anyone have one of these

If you are referring to the older PM15 that had infeed & outfeed rollers, I had one. There are setscrews that allow for some adjustment. I had to use shims to get the rollers coplanar with the machine bed.

Again I have no idea what kind of machine this is. from a model number only. maybe a tool to apply banding veneer?
