The longer clip that I have seen shows the woman next to him specifically tell him to use it sideways. He queries her but she insists so I suspect that he was set up.

I use hammers like that all of the time. Sometimes, especially if you're in a tight spot (like up against a corner) or need more control and less power, like if you're driving a tack or a staple, the side of the hammer works better than the face. And I've seen a lot of pros do it that way too, which is where I learned it from.

The jeweler, Emma White, picks up the hammer, points to the side of the hammer head and tells him to strike it there. Some guys who left that part out didn't even know he was hitting a punch, not a nail.

Are punches supposed to be hit with the side of a hammer?

The only thing I was ever shown to hit with the side of a hammer was when holding up a board with one and holding a nail against the side of a hammer to drive it into the board with the first blow.

I believe if you want to sit at the top table then a given is you show complete allegiance to your country and you pay your tax

Both Rishi (https://mail.aol.com/d/compose/3603392025#) and his wife do not meet this requirement

Also when his wife was not paying tax like ordinary members of the public Rishi was Chancellor
