Hey everyone thanks for all the advice on the drum sander. I got a great deal locally on a lightly used Supermax 19-38 thanks to Ernie Hobbs.
I have a 6" iVac blast gate and ducting that I'd like to use on the sander, but of course the Supermax shroud is 4". I know I could use a reducer, but I'm wondering if anyone has any input on possibly making a custom hood or some other solution to get the full 6" of dust collection. I feel like it would be so beneficial and I already have the blast gate/ducting at 6".
