I see that there is a Ezcad3 available and want to know if I'm opening a can of worms or should I stick with the Ezcad2 version that came with machine?
Thanks

EZCad3 requires a completely different controller, you can't just upgrade to it. If you want to try something more capable and stable than EZCad2, LightBurn fully supports EZCad2 boards now. https://lightburnsoftware.com/ They have a fully functional 30 day trial available as well.
