There is a new local AAW chapter being formed in Westren NC in the Cashiers-Highlands area. The chapter is called, Westren Carolina Woodturners. We had our first meeting on July 22, 2003, 42 persons showed up to get the chapter organized.
The next meeting will be held on August 12, 2003 at the Cashiers Community Library.
I like to extend an invite to all local turners to attend...and, or intrested would be turners...
