Morning all,
I need to sand some irregularly shaped childrens toys and I think I need a sanding wheel like the one shown at the 8:43 mark in this video: https://youtu.be/PGkcnKTVJXA?si=iYoAL_hOerJMoWkM
Probably a 220-240 grit.
Does anyone know what I need to search for? I keep coming up with the little dremel wheels which are useless for my need.
Thanks, Brian

These aren't real wide but may work.

I'm not sure what you're talking about specifically, but I glanced through the video and saw a Sand-O-Flex. They're very effective. I've been using an old metal one since the 1970's, ordered from an ad in FWW back then. They need a motor that will spin it at about 2500 rpm. They work fast, but the sanding fingers wear down fairly quickly. You stop and manually advance them.

Lowes & Home Depot sell flap wheel sanders for not a whole lot of money.
Use a light touch with one though - - they go through wood like a hot knife through soft butter.

Thanks Tom. Yes it does. That one is a bit pricey! Wonder what might make it worth the cost vs the klingspor at about 1/2 the cost.

These are cheaper than the Klingspor, I use them.
