Central Market Produce Package

As I arrive after a LONG day at work I see a box on the front porch. I pour myself a beer and open said box. Within the newspapers are two plastic bags labelled... "Central MKT. Produce Red C size Potatoes Prepare W/Skin on for added Nutrition...FAT Free Sodium Free...High in Vit C" But guess what...even though I'm about to get my yearly lecture from my favorite MD and would love to eat something healthy...it's not all that cookable...and I do have ..WOOD!

Boy...I know THAT feeling!! I have so many things on the back burner stacked up and I'm stuck in the frying pan! I hope I can get caught up and get something good accomplished. Maybe this month.....:rolleyes:
