I'm not sure what the problem is. I tried to upload it and the software saved is as xxxxxxx instead of zzzzzz

I was able to save the file under a different file name and load it into your clamping post.

Well I got to work this morning and had zero problems uploading photos. It must have something to do with my phone and laptop.
