I cleaned off the top of the bench..other then tools that get a lot of use...the rest went and hid over here...

Outside of the doors has become a "Ready Rack"...time to open a door, or 2?
505639
Inside the top of the Left door...just a few saws...just below here..
505640
Turn slightly to your right..just a tad..
505641
Then look down...
505642
Then to the right, just a bit..still looking down..
505643
Then look up at the "roof" of the box...
505644
And finally the door on the right hand side of the box.

All I ever need to do while working at the bench, is to simply turn around, open a door, and pick out the tool(s) required at the bench..

These are all "Working" tools....and they do get used....the hard part? Putting them all back into the box...

Thanks for looking in

That looks great! You might just have almost enough tools...

Thanks for letting us look in!

Obviously you need more. What do you wish you had that you don't? I'm guessing you sharpen before use.

I sharpen when there is a need to...

Seem to be set, at the moment.

The weekend I am having Cataract Surgery(Left eye) is also the weekend of West Liberty's Tractor Fest.....where I do a LOT of Rust Hunting each year.....some of the vendors have entire tents filled with tools..both old and new...and everything in-between.....Hopefully, I can see well enough to get down there...maybe the day after Surgery....? Be walking around like a Pirate, with that eye patch....Surgery is a Friday...so...maybe going on a Sunday?

2 new racks!
505752
Lower rack has all the mortise chisels in the shop...upper rack?
505753
Holds four squares...

Chisel rack does have a hinge,to allow it to swing out..
505752
In case I need to get a plane out...it is a bit tight in there..
505754
And yet....the doors will still close without any issues..

2 hours of shop time, today.....Tonic & Gin to relax now..
