I always like to read about and call out excellent customer service. I recently ordered a couple band saw blades from Blade Serpent. I had ordered before from them and the welds were so good I had to really hunt to find them. So I went back to them for new blades. Unfortunately, a weld broke on one of the new blades after just a few hours of use. I called them this morning and they said they would immediately send a new blade. I just needed to send a pic of the broken blade. Very quick resolution and no extra shipping costs for me. They will keep getting my business.
