I think I read somewhere that the 2024 AAW Symposium will be held in Portland, Oregon. Is that true?

The 2024 Symposium takes place May 23-26 in Portland, OR.

There are easily 2500 serious woodturners within a day's drive of Portland, and several thousand casual ones, not to mention at least 11 AAW chapters. I'd argue that it is THE hotbed for woodturning in the United States. The Symposium was last held there in 2018 and lauded as a tremendous success.

Trust me, the 2024 event will be well supported and well attended.
