Interested to see what others have done for a straight line rip jig, Tage Frid style, for the tablesaw.

I copied his pretty much exactly and used it for roughing out solid wood planks until I got a sliding table saw. You're not going to get glueline accuracy with a spline running in the miter gauge groove but you can get to within a light jointer cut. I made another sled for blanking out veneer leaves with sliding hold-downs. Again, useful but not precise enough for finish cuts of any length.

I couldn't find a picture of his, only those made by others.

I have the first 100 issues of FWW if you can figure out which one I could take a pic for you.

I used one for years back in my table saw days. Kevin says it all about the capabilities of it. I never desired finish cuts from a saw but the jig sets you up for further processing and very effective for breaking down timber on a small scale.
I made one for my T17 just for fun.
