Found in sealed package, with instruction sheet, so I have figured it out.

Obvious question: what’s with throwing Ritz crackers?
And why is a tool necessary to do it? Must be a distance thing, and Orvis branding suggests something to do with fish

Apparently it is a challenging target for skeet or trap shooters to attempt to hit. Round, thin crackers are used instead of clay targets.

Ritz cracker thrower?
Mike
Have you personally thrown any Ritz crackers?
This showed up far from any native habitat, shooting-wise.

Looks like a left handed version.

No, I took the picture you posted and did a Google image search. That's what came up.

Oh, I though maybe you were an experienced Ritz cracker thrower.
I does seem to be a left handed version- even more rare.
The instructions recommend low salt crackers. I don't have any Ritz, but I'm going to try with some water crackers.

According to google it is a Vintage Ritz Cracker thrower so it is more valuable than the newer ones.
