maxtool anyone?

I ordered a couple of things from maxtool last night using their online store. I didn't get the chance to review shipping charges and after calling I have found out that their online store has to "print out" all the orders then they have to be entered manually. It takes about 48 hours to get the orders even entered!

What the heck is that?

At the company we both work at the international sites used to do that. I belive it was changed over last year!!! Didn't take 48 hours though :)
