I just checked with a secret friend at NORAD. He informed me (off the record of course) that I should definately seek shelter as a spinny missle is in the air and can not be diverted from it's destination. An explosion of major proportions will be happening soon !! :D . I am only telling a select few and you know who you are:) . Please keep this quiet as I suspect the FBI will be looking for me soon;)

Keith, if I get my shelter done in time, you are more than welcome. I will mail you directions via 2nd class mail!! :O

By the sounds of it, it will be over shortly....(as I cross my fingers)

I'm under a wooden desk and hoping I'm not in the "tear-out" zone:D

Just heard back from the pilot of Tick Tock One.

Due to overcast skies (for which our rank amateur of a meteorologist totally failed to account) our prepositioned Angelicos were forced to scrub the mission for today.

But, I hired a new weatherguesser (she can actually read a barometer!) and looks like we're back on for tomorrow.

The delivery system has been chosen.

Neither snow nor sleet nor rain....ooops wrong delivery system. :o

Weather will not deter the inevitable. Watch for it!!! :D

Does a large bright meteorite trail moving east to west over the northwoods of Wisconsin lend credence to the hallucinations of all of you "Doomsday Prophets"?? ;) EGADS!! If it crashes, where will we bury the survivors?  ;) :)

Fur Lined Thongs are best for cold winter months.
Lead lined should protect me from the blast.:D

Ty - You're exactly 1,149.36 miles from Ground Zero. That's still reasonably close given this particular "device". Suggest you break out that silver and black teddy for added security.

[QUOTE=Tyler HowellLead lined should protect me from the blast.:D[/QUOTE]

Hey Howl,
Contrary to the popular belief that you should turn AWAY from the blast, with thongs on, you should consider FACING the blast!! ;) If you burn those buns, man, you've got nothing but TOAST!! :( In any event, don't linger on making a decision. Time is running SHORT!! ;) :D

Whatever happens, Tyler, just remember the old saying, "Behind each mushroom cloud, there is always a lead lining!"  :)

Thank goodness I'm no where near that. Of course it is wide open country down here so some shielding may be necessary.

Ernie - Navigator Second Class Bob has ciphered that you're 1.622.28 miles from Ground Zero. Ordinarily this would put you out of harms way, but given the forecasted Jet Stream configuration coupled with a high pressure system in Kuala Lumpur (reported by you know who), I think it's advisable to get down into your tornado shelter and assume the position.

Hopefully I have a floor at the new house. At least I could "get to the basement" if need be.

I'm putting some stock in that lead lined thong to deflect the sonic wave around many points east of "The Cities". :D

I just checked the route of this missile. Interesting trajectory!

I see what you mean Frick. Interesting is putting it mildly.

I thought I was kidding when I said you couldn't get there from there.

Must have had 20 or 30 gallons of extra fuel to use up. Or maybe they're sneaking up on it. :D

I understand the principle of zigging and zagging to avoid detection, but that zag they took at 2327 hours is - well - "remarkable".
Agghhhhh!

Yeah it is weird!! Must be the air currents or something drifting it off course... or maybe the target installed some jamming!!

I bet those who are not in the know are having a hard time following this;)

Considering where the bomb is about to fall it has to get it's bearings on the nearest largest town, with facilities and all.

I think they zigged instead of zagged. Happens on occasion.
