Looking for a 16.5" impeller (or 16.0" as a fallback) for a dust collector. Is there a best source/design? Can get a 16" impeller from Grizzly. To be run by a Baldor 5HP, 3-phase motor w/ 1-1/8" shaft. TIA.

The only 16.5" impeller I have seen is on the Oneida High Vacuum machines. It is a backward inclined impeller (slightly curved impeller fins), which means it only pushes the air output in one direction. It is also an cast aluminum impeller. I don't know what size motor shaft this can be mounted to or if Oneida will sell you the parts only. See the picture below for the output direction:

Clearvue might be willing to sell you a Pentz EF-5 impeller kit with the Baldor shaft key (fits a 1-1/8" shaft). They are usually pretty flexible in working with customers. It's a slightly smaller 16" impeller that also has backward inclined fins. It's made from steel, which makes it heavier than the Oneida. It outputs in the opposite direction compared to the Oneida. Here's a picture of my Clearvue impeller before I installed it:
