I would like to buy a 60 degree bevel shaper cutter 3/4 bore. I can only find 30 and 45 degree. I suppose I could use a 60 degree router bit in my shaper if I had to.

I think I had the geometry nomenclature backwards. 30 degrees is the compliment of 60. So in WW 30 degrees means 30 off of 90. I was thinking 30 above horizontal. So i guess a 30 degree cuter makes my 60 degree angle.

Tilting spindle shaper. Lots of options available. Just hold on to your wallet.

there are heads that allow you to tilt the cutters. 3/4 spindle maybe a light machine, you can bush it up if the machine is heavy enough for the head. You can dial in your angle. Joe will likely show up with something of very good quality or you could email him.

Amana sells an adjustable chamfer cutter that lets you do any angle up to 45 degrees without a tilting head on your shaper. I've used mine a fair amount and it works well.

I have this block that I've used a number of times. This is the simple version that is inexpensive and smaller diameter and comes with a digital inclinometer or angle gauge that works perfectly for setting up.

I have this model of the Amana head https://www.toolstoday.com/v-8902-61306.html, steel body with +/-67.5* range. Works well though pricey and rated to 8500 rpm whereas the larger +/- 90*aluminum head is only rated up to 6000. I don't think the +/-45* cutters will do what you want unless you run the material on edge. For a one-off look at having a custom corrugated knife ground or one to fit a Euroblock.

You might consider an angled false bed w/ a straight cutter.

If you have a 30 degree shaper cutter, run the board horizontal for 30 and vertical for 60. You can also use a table saw.
