Siberian elm natural edge crotch piece - 13x11x5’’. It was a very irregular shaped blank but I could’ve done better balancing it though was trying to preserve as much of the crotch feathering as possible.
I got this wood free off of a Facebook listing and cut it up and sealed the ends back in August so I was pleasantly surprised there weren’t significant cracks and also that the bark stayed on.

Live edge shallow bowl (won at local turning club, it came without bark) - 12x10x3”. Not sure what type of wood though looks similar to some Russian olive I’ve turned before. Any thoughts?

I’m still new-ish to bowls but comments/critiques are always welcome.
Thanks, Tom
