Well, I went ahead on Friday and picked up my new PM 14" BS on Friday. I can't complain about the net cost I got the discounts and rebates etc plus used a Christmas present gift certificate for 1/2 of it, that my wife got with another 10% off. The local store also gave me 10% off all the accessories such as the riser, and stand, another blade.

Took me about a few hours to set up (I know I'm slow) and make adjustments. Somebody said the instructions stink and they do. What size is the M8 60 bolt and nut??? Why don't you industrial engineers get together and use a single convention for naming parts (only kidding).

Here it set up in its corner of the dungeon (now you also see why I could't get a bigger one) . I think this is going to be fun. ;)

Nothing minor about this gloat John! Nice score!

I'm always slow to set up a new tool too! I kinda like to savor the moment, and it helps to better understand the tool. Looking forward to seeing your first bandsaw box!! Happy cutting!
