Inca 570 J/P feed problems

Hey there!

I have an Inca 570 J/P and I'm looking for advice on aligning the belt for the feed rollers. It keeps tracking off (downward) and I've tried everything- adjusting the idle pulley, adjusting the way the motor is mounted, etc... even two different sources of brand new belts.

At this point I'm thinking of setting up a separate motor to drive the feed rollers so any thoughts on that would be great as well. I've got the layout from the old Yahoo group

But I may look to do a little differently if I can't get the belt to work.

Hi Martin, if you didn’t know, there is an Inca group on Google groups where you can also post your question. There have been many threads over the years on adjusting belts and also switching out the drive system, including how-to videos. These are great machines, nothing quite like it available today.

Yes I have seen/heard that there is the Google group but I can't find a way to join it. I've signed up for it and have emailed the moderator but to no avail. I'm not sure what is going on there. Any help on that front would also be appreciated. Thanks!
