Anybody know how to read Deft date codes? I've searched the internet and have had no joy...

I thought I might have a bad rattle can 'cause it didn't rattle... then I read the directions (Doh!)... says no marble.

Thanks

approximately forever as far as I know. 20 year old cans continue to be fine. At some point the propellant will leak out and they won't spray, but I'm not sure the nitrocellulose lacquer ever goes bad.

Well... that would be good. I guess I read so many things about finishes going bad I assumed this would too, thanks.

I've used Deft brushing lacquer for more than 50 years and I've never had any go bad. If it seems a little thick, just add a bit of lacquer thinner. If you spray can won't spray and there is still some in the can, poke a hole in the side of the can and drain it into a glass jar.

Thanks all. I sprayed the project and it looks good.
