Took about 4 hours and about $20 in material (not including the router table).
I cut and drilled some 1/8"x1-1/2" angle iron. At the front I was able to use the existing counterbored holes but at the back I needed to drill new holes. Other mods were to route a 3/8" wide by 3/8" deep groove in the bottom of the table to clear the rear angle.
Only thing needed is some sort of fold-up adjustable legs for the right side of the extension.
