Hi guys, thanks so much for reading this. No I'm not making a toilet haha.

This is a beef jerky mixing station. A large pot slips in the hole and I use it to mix beef jerky.

I have this standard Zink Butt Hinge and can not install it without it binding. I have tried all sorts of combinations, inside, outside, you name it!

What is the correct hinge placement to give me 270 degrees of motion so the top hinge will flop down (picture with my hand in it holding it up)

Everyway I put the hinge it binds. Most I can get is about 180 of motion.

Thanks so much for your help! Steve

Most door hinges will give you 370 degrees of movement. Take a look at these (https://www.amazon.com/Yinpecly-Cabinets-Stainless-Furniture-Decorative/dp/B08SPY3WBB?source=ps-sl-shoppingads-lpcontext&ref_=fplfs&psc=1&smid=A3SSR6IRE5S2JM)
