Hitachi C12FDH Repair

Please direct me to where to post a repair question for a miter saw Hitachi C12FDH (in this forum or otherwise). I believe it has to do with the oblique angle adjustment. I can see the angle measurement guide is completely out of place. I do not see a way to post an image. Thanks guys!

see page 11. I have no idea what you mean by oblique angle. maybe tilt?
