These are some kitchen cabinets (poplar and plywood) in a home remodel I’m in the middle of. Unfortunately, due to some HVAC issues and a delayed painter, these sat unfinished in the cold space (and alternating to warm) for a few weeks; and several of the cabinet doors no longer close flush to the face frames.
The temperature has been regulated now for over a week around 72, but the doors have not returned to the original form. Would adding some moisture to the air (will get a humidity reading later today, but we’re in Dallas) help them “un-warp” at all? Or, am I stuck having to have these doors re-made?
