Recently I ordered a Muller stick blender from Amazon. Despite not being Prime member, it came on second day. Went to use it blending some tomato soup, and it wouldn't chop up the cooked onions. Checked the blade assembly, and they weren't anywhere close to sharp. Called Muller on Monday, and was sent new unit totally gratis. Told me to keep the old unit, not to send it back. Got replacement on Wednesday, and the blades are definitely sharp. Used replacement today, again making tomato soup, and it worked great. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
