More excellent Lie Nielsen's, a bronze #4 and a #62 low angle. The #4 has very light use, just a couple small projects if that. No nicks, I give it a 9.8 out of 10. The #62 has never been used except for a couple test shavings. Sorry, I do not have the boxes but I do have the pamphlets.

The number 4 is $375.00
The number 62 is $260.00

Shipping included to address in contiguous USA.

I'm only listing here for now. Reason being there was a bit of an issue with the time of replies & messages from this site to another. Even though I have the time set the same on other forums there is a lag of notification time.

A #5, #5.5, #8 and a scrub plane may be listed soon as well. All are in excellent, light use condition. If interested send me a note.

Planes, if sold will ship first thing Saturday morning via USPS priority.

Dang, Dale! Are you liquidating all of your tools? Hope you're not getting out of woodworking. Just saw some of your work online. Nice stuff! As far as these tools, I would've snatched them up at these prices, but I already have them! I really love my LN-62. Somebody is gonna get a great deal!

Sorry to hear about your wife. Yes, tools can always be replaced...

Mmm, my reply went missing when I tried to edit. Anyway, I'm selling these planes to get money together asap for medical bills. My wife is having some non life threatening issues we need to take care of. Once we get past this I can always get more planes.

I don’t need the planes either, but your price on the #4 is a bargain! The bronze retails at $415, plus shipping and sales tax. And, it is out of stock and not likely to be available until late next year as LN has had issues with the bronze casting process.

I do pray your wife does well.

Thanks for the replies and best wishes guys. Yes, these planes will be very fairly priced for hopefully quick sales. I don't want to reduce the prices since all these planes are like new. I'll list others tonight here first. After being listed here for 24 hours or so I'll post on other forums. You guys get first crack.

Below are photos of the remaining planes. The 5.5 is sold but I wanted the buyer to see the plane. The dark smudge areas you see on the bottom of the planes are wax and wood scuffs. None of these planes have ever had any rust. They have been coated with Jojoba oil and stored on a shelf. The last time the 5 & 5.5 were used was to clean of some wood that had been sealed with wax. No deep scratches on soles just normal marks from light use. All of these are 9.5 out of 10, or even a 10 depending on how you view the soles. There are no chips or scratches in the paint.

The 5 comes with 2 blades, the standard and a radiused blade.

Number 5 is $350 with 2 blades & shipping included
Number 8 is $500 with shipping included
Scrub is $175 with shipping included.

Also pictured is a screw driver set. $125, shipping included.

Thanks for looking!

All planes will be shipping out tomorrow. That being the case I'm willing to go $490.00 on the No 8 so I can avoid an additional trip to the post office.

All planes are sold.

Thank goodness. It’s been all I could do today to keep from sending a message and asking you to include that no 8 in the box coming to me. LOL. :)

Thanks to those that have purchased the planes, they all shipped yesterday. It was hard to see them go but I know they are going to good places.

You are most welcome. I’m looking forward to using the #5. Here’s hoping the holiday season is one of peace and (for your wife) healing. Best wishes from the Luter household.
