These compliments mean a lot to me coming from all of you. This project was really interesting and I learned a lot in working on it.
I showed the case to the Ducks Unlimited committee last night and it received overwhelming approval. Not only that, it was decided that the case would not only be used to raise some funds but as somewhat of a memorial. One of the committee members 14 year old son was killed in a traffic accident a couple months ago. Some folks have donated money to buy a gun which will be placed in my gun case and the entire package will be auctioned off as a memorial to this young man. I was VERY pleased with this decision and honored that the committee thought enough of my work to use it in this way.
