Restricted carb? Clogged fuel filter? Dirty air filter? I wonld like to hear more opinions.

Cheap gas, then they get put back in the shop not used for maybe 6 more months with the old cheap gas left in them. I learned from personal experience , only use nonoxygenated fuel and run it empty when done. ALSO do not let my brother borrow it anymore.
