We all make mistakes when generating posts. Sometimes we leave something out we wish we would have included or put something in the post we wish we would have omitted including deleting/adding attachments.

These "mistakes" can be corrected very easily. A user can edit any post he/she made by opening the post and clicking the http://www.sawmillcreek.org/images/edit.gif (http://www.sawmillcreek.org/editpost.php?do=editpost&postid=21893) button at the bottom of the frame. You can then edit the post just like you would in any text editor program.

When you have completed the desired changes, you can preview those changes by clicking "Preview Changes" at the bottom of the frame. When satisfied simply click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the frame.

You can edited a post as many timeS as you wish to get it just the way you want it look.

An example would be if you added a picture which you felt was either too large or too small you can delete the picture/attachment and reenter a new picture/attachment.

Or as another example, say you want to highlight some text by changing the color or other attributes. Simply highlight the text you wish to change, click the desired color/bold/italic/size/font, etc.
