Woodtek Flap Sander Parts

I have a Woodtek Flap Sander and I am looking for parts. I have had it for several years and now Woodtek says they have lost their supplier in Taiwan and can no longer get parts. This has created a problem for me as I am in need of a set of brushes for it. There is some writing on part of it but I cannot translate it. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

I use Klingspor mac mop flap sanding heads. I start with 80 grit then jump to 180. The heads come with different size flanges to fit various shaft diameters.
