3 - Ash w/ Black Gilders Paste
4 - Walnut w/ White Gilders Paste
5,9 - Cherry
6,8 - Mahogany
7 - Maple
10 - Walnut

Thanks for the comments, they are appreciated. The kits I use is the PKGrindkit from from Woodturningz, it comes with 3 different length shafts so you can make the size mill you choose.
