Wanted to give kudos to Brent English and the folks at Robust. Noticed that one of knobs that retains the lower belt access had broken on the American Beauty. Sent a note yesterday requesting information on a replacement. Got a note today saying it was on the way.

Always have gotten above-and-beyond service from Robust. And the lathe is great too.

yeah - thats part of the deal when you get a premium lathe. Brent and Deb are a joy to deal with. In all fairness, I've heard the same about Oneway, Vicmark and OMEGA(Stubby) when. dealing directly. With nearly. three decades in, the. woodturning community is, in general, a welcoming place populated by good folks.
