I need to put my planer on wheels and raise it maybe 4 inches off the ground so looking for something with heavy duty swivel casters that will support the weight of the machine (and wood being planed) 24/7. I don't weld so please consider that.

VEry similar to my G0453Z which has a built in mobility kit that works very well. I have these (https://www.grizzly.com/products/shop-fox-super-heavy-duty-mobile-base/d2058a) on a couple of large bandsaws and they work quite well for a commercial base. They started out as the rubber wheeled kind (https://www.grizzly.com/products/shop-fox-heavy-duty-mobile-base/d2057a) but after a decade or so and a couple of rather abusive moves, the non-steel casters failed. I replaced them with the cast ones but this style (https://www.grizzly.com/products/shop-fox-heavy-duty-mobile-base/d2057a)may work fine for you if you don't want steel wheels. For elevation you can make a box similar to this one that I used on one of my drill presses in a mobile base.

Thanks, Glenn. I'm rethinking layout so may not need that high off the ground. But I'd still like to get it mobile. You add 1 little tool to the shop and suddenly nothing at all fits even though everything worked just fine before.
