Steady Rest Revo 1836

Hey everyone I'm making a steady rest for my Lugna Revo 1836. I'm building this for less than $100.
I had the 1/2" ply on hand bought the wheels and knobs and mis. hardware, the sq. steel tubes were from a pop up shade tent. If anyone wants links for anything just ask. It will mount to the lathe bed with a steel plate, It will hold an 18" D project between the wheels, the wood circle is 30" outside.

Follow up on the steady rest I posted a few weeks ago, This is a video of the first run. This is also my next project. I started this in the spring before getting the new lathe, now I can finish the main hollow part of the piece before Carving, Intarsia, pyrography and color. So far I'm very pleased with this steady rest, not bad for less than $75. Here I'm turning a very dry piece of pine with two types of carbide cutter a shear cut and a round scraper.
