Second Maple Bowl

Here is the second maple bowl I finished up today.

It is a bit spalted and was a real pain to get a good finish on but in the end was worth the hours of work. It is 10" x 5" x 1/4" thick.

It is also only finished with the Beall Buffing.

I told you before that this was terrific and I have not changed my opinion. A nicely shaped natural edge bowl from a terrific piece of wood. I really like this one, Dick. You continue to do great work on your cute little bottom.:p :D

Gerat looking bowl Dick! You gave me some spalted Maple on my last visit that looks just like your bowl. I used part of it to make a bowl for my mother for Christmas and it came out really nice and looks a little like yours. Thanks Again!
