Tablesaw blade guard/dust collector

I am really needing to add an overarm blade guard and dust collection to my TS. There have been a few posts lately about the wood magazine plan and the modifications to it. I really liked the tablesaw mustache thread. I would like to do something similar but I can't seem to find that issue of Wood. Does anybody know what issue that was in? Or maybe where I could get the plan for it or one like it?

They've changed the website, and the pic they show doesn't show the entire guard for some reason now. I only know one person that built the guard from these plans. He said that he liked it, but it was a bit wobbly. I built something similar, but a lot more beefier.
